Payment
Payments can either be done via Paypal or my Ko-Fi ( https://ko-fi.com/strupex ).
Payment can either be done before, during or after the sketch has been made.
Not paying after 48 hours will result in me cancelling your commission.
My personal rights as the artist
I reserve the right to:⊚ use and offer unpaid/rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.
⊚ refuse the service or cancel a commission.
Cancelled commissions will be fully refunded.
⊚ change my terms of use at my own discretion.⊚ I keep the rights to the work of art, including the publication of the artwork in a public forum, portfolio, etc.
Your rights as my client
⊚ You can publish the finished commission in your gallery, including credits via my name/handle (strupEX).
⊚ Do not edit/change the artwork!
You can use the commission piece for f.e. profile pictures or banners.
⊚ Using my work for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden, unless discussed beforehand.
⊚ If you don't want the drawing to be published, no problem, just let me know.
Additional information
⊚ The finished artwork I can send you as a PNG or JPEG file.⊚ PSD or SAI files cannot be requested.
⊚ Be reasonable and don't set too short deadlines.
⊚ I occasionally release WIP works on social media. If you're against it, please let me know.
⊚ Corrections of any kind can be requested. Depedning on it's size, I may increase the price.
⊚ My work will be saved on 3 devices. If you require the files later on, feel free to contact me.⊚ I give no precise information on how long one can take your commission.
⊚ Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding the commission process or my ToS.⊚ Beside art I have a private life. My private messages are open 24/7, however due to timezones my responses can take till the next day. Please be patient with me. Thank you!
