Personal rights as the artist
1. Use and offer unpaid/rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.2. Refuse the service or cancel a commission for any reason given. Cancelled commissions will be fully refunded.3. Change personal ToS at my own discretion.4. Request additional fees for edits beyond the sketch process, scaled by complexity.
Your rights as the client
1. You can publish the finished commission at your own discretion. Credits to me must be given.2. Using my work for commercial purposes must be discussed beforehand.3. If you don't want the drawing to be published or stay anonymous, just let me know.4. Request a cancellation of the commission. Refunds are scaled based on commission progress.

Refund Policy Fraud
Enforcing a refund without my consent / Committing refund scams.
Harassment
Spam / Adding Pressure / Sharing graphic imagery.

⊚ The finished artwork I can send you as a PNG or JPEG file.⊚ PSD or SAI files cannot be requested to protect authenticity.⊚ WIPs will be sent frequently and you can join my streams.⊚ Corrections of any kind can be requested during sketch process.⊚ All files will be saved and archived. Images can be requested any time.⊚ The time a commission requires can very from hours to multiple days.⊚ A deadline can be consulted, but isn't recommended.⊚ Private messages are open 24/7. Timezones, sleep shedule a. o. events may affect my activity.
