Personal rights as the artist
1. Use and offer unpaid/rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.2. Refuse the service or cancel a commission. Cancelled commissions will be fully refunded.3. Change my ToS at my own discretion.4. I keep the rights to the work of art, including the publication of the artwork in a public forum, portfolio, etc.
Your rights as the client
1. You can publish the finished commission in your gallery. The artist must be credited in the image description.3. You can use the commission piece for f.e. profile pictures or banners.4. Using my work for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden, unless discussed beforehand.5. If you don't want the drawing to be published, no problem, just let me know.
You will be blacklisted for:
Reselling my work
Reselling for purposes such as YCH's or adopt auctions.
Editing/Changing my work
Removing Credentials and signatures / Altering the image
Refund Policy Fraud
Enforcing a refund without my consent / Committing refund scams.
Harassment
Spam / Adding Pressure / Sharing graphic imagery.

⊚ The finished artwork I can send you as a PNG or JPEG file.⊚ PSD or SAI files cannot be requested.⊚ Be reasonable and don't set too short deadlines.⊚ WIPs will be sent daily and you can join my streams.⊚ Corrections of any kind can be requested. Depedning on difficulty and progress, I may increase the price.⊚ All files will be saved and archived. Images can be requested any time.⊚ The time a commission requires can very from hours to multiple days.⊚ For questions I'm always available.⊚ Private messages are open 24/7. Timezones, sleep shedule a. o. events may affect my activity.
